Focused Support – starting at $250

Professional support for defined tasks that don’t require a full consulting engagement.

• Policy Review & Development – review, development, or revision of organizational policies, procedures, guidelines, and related materials, including research and recommendations where needed.
• Document Review & Feedback – review of reports, proposals, presentations, plans, communications, or other organizational documents with written recommendations.
• Letters & Written Communications – drafting or strengthening letters, stakeholder communications, formal correspondence, talking points, public-facing materials, etc.
• Research & Issue Briefs – focused research on a policy, funding, regulatory, organizational, or community issue with a concise summary of findings.
• Communications Support – help developing messaging around a project, announcement, difficult issue, public meeting, or stakeholder concern.

Focused Support engagements generally start at $250, with pricing based on the scope and complexity of the requested work.

Strategy Session – $295

Get unstuck on a project, challenge, or decision.

When you need experienced perspective but don’t need a full consulting engagement, a Strategy Session provides focused analysis and practical direction. Send us the background beforehand so we can come prepared to work through the issue with you.

Includes:

• Advance review of relevant background materials
• Focused strategy consultation
• Identification of key considerations, options, and potential obstacles
• Written summary of recommended next steps following the session

Fixed fee: $295. Designed for focused questions and defined challenges. Extensive research, document development, grant proposal development, legal representation, and implementation support are not included and may be separately scoped if needed.

Project Development & Strategy – starting at $1,500

Turn an idea, initiative, or challenge into a workable path forward.

For organizations that need more than a consultation but aren’t looking for a long-term consulting engagement, OHC PLLC can provide focused support to develop a project, work through complex issues, and create a practical plan for moving forward.

Depending on the project, support may include:

• Background research and issue analysis
• Project concept development and refinement
• Funding and grant strategy
• Stakeholder, financial, and organizational considerations
• Regulatory or policy research
• Identification of implementation options, risks, and next steps
• Coordination across departments, partners, or other stakeholders
• Development of project plans, scopes, briefing materials, implementation tools, or other working documents
• Strategic recommendations and implementation support

Typical engagement: A defined project, completed over approximately 2-6 weeks, with agreed-upon deliverables and scope.

Starting at $1,500. Final pricing is based on project complexity, research needs, deliverables, and level of coordination required.

Grant Writing & Management

Practical support from funding opportunity through grant closeout.

OHC PLLC provides grant support for organizations that need experienced capacity to pursue funding, manage awarded grants, or strengthen their overall grants program. Services can be scoped for a single application or award, or provided on an ongoing basis.

• Grant Application Review & Support – starting at $500. For organizations that have already developed a project or draft application and need targeted assistance strengthening their submission. Support may include review of application materials, narrative feedback and editing, alignment with funding criteria, and identification of gaps or needed revisions.
• Grant Application Development – starting at $1,500. Support for developing competitive grant applications, including project framing, narrative development, coordination of application materials, and submission support. Pricing is based on application complexity, funding source, required attachments, project readiness, and level of coordination required. Large federal, multi-partner, or technically complex applications are separately scoped.
• Post-Award Grant Management – custom monthly or project-based packages. Support for organizations that need help administering awarded grants from award through closeout. Services may include reporting, reimbursement requests, documentation and recordkeeping, deadline tracking, amendments, compliance support, coordination with project teams, and grant closeout. Pricing is based on the number, size, and complexity of awards, period of performance, reporting and reimbursement requirements, coordination needs, and the level of management required.
• Ongoing Grant Support – monthly packages starting at $1,000. Ongoing grants capacity for organizations that want support maintaining and growing their grants program. Services may include funding research, opportunity monitoring, grant calendars, application planning and development, portfolio oversight, and coordination of grant priorities. Monthly pricing is based on the agreed scope, grant portfolio, and level of support required.

Ongoing Support – monthly packages starting at $750

Experienced support to help keep important work moving.

For organizations that need additional capacity on a continuing basis, OHC PLLC offers monthly support built around an agreed set of priorities and responsibilities. This provides continuity for work that requires regular attention and follow-through without requiring a full-time position or long-term traditional consulting engagement.

Ongoing support may include:

• Monitoring & Follow-Up – tracking designated communications, deadlines, commitments, or project developments and identifying needed action.
• Project & Priority Coordination – helping maintain momentum across ongoing initiatives, including follow-up with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strategic Support – regular check-ins to work through emerging issues, priorities, decisions, and next steps.
• Stakeholder & Communications Coordination – supporting ongoing communications, engagement efforts, and stakeholder needs.
• Flexible Professional Capacity – experienced support for agreed-upon needs that arise during the month within the scope of the engagement.

Monthly packages start at $750 and are structured around a defined scope and level of support, providing predictable access and costs.
